On Saturday May 30th STYLE (Chemanius LRP group) went to WildPlay Element Park in Nanaimo, BC and had fun in their Monkido Aerial Adventure course.
Participants got to test their balance and bravery on obstacles ranging from a few feet off the ground all the way up to 45 feet in the air! Some of the suspended obstacles ranged from swinging logs, rolling balls, tight ropes, and a group favorite… the zip lines! It was a great learning opportunity for all participants (staff included!) to push their comfort level and challenge fears in a safe & healthy way while also to respecting and honoring their individuals limits.
